As CGV works to address both the urgent and long-term needs of our veterans, there are many ways for people and organizations to show their support. The most critical of these, however, is financial contributions. Because without donations, it would be nearly impossible to help veterans find critical housing, secure steady income, manage healthcare, or achieve other life goals. Funds are directed toward a variety of needs, including:
Emergency shelter for qualified veterans
Case management
Transportation to medical appointments and job interviews
Security deposits for approved renters
Filing and processing fees for support services

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS
Our trained guides represent CGV at all kinds of community events, talking with people, passing out information, and establishing new partnerships. The role requires 16 hours of training and at least a four-hour shift on a weekly basis.

Help spread the mission of Connecting Georgia Veterans. Simply order a promotional kit which contains program literature and 100 veteran connection cards you can pass out to veterans who may be struggling. These cards are useful for police officers & first responders.

We invite you to attend our quarterly meetings. Each one is attended by partners on the federal, state, and local levels, demonstrating how strong collaboration among multiple agencies can help improve the lives of our veterans. Meetings also provide great networking opportunities for corporate sponsors and their supporters.
